Pre-Payment To Jackie
 

All those going to Jackies this year, this is yet another reminder that Jackie only takes cash on checking out!

However, you can make a pre-payment into her bank account, which makes things an awful lot easier at the end of the weekend.

I will be transferring £250.00 in advance of going :ok:

If you would like to do the same, please contact me via PM, I will then send you the details you would need to make the payment. It goes without saying (I hope) that under no circumstance are you to send these details to anyone else.

Anyone else wanting to do this, you need to send funds from your account by about 18th May, which is 3 weeks from THIS FRIDAY, this will allow the maximum bank transfer time of 5 working days.

Remember, Jackie only takes CASH , no credit card payments, so don't get caught out guys :ok:

After a call with BigE this morning, I thought it would be worth posting up the following.

In my case, based on recent rates. I have paid Jackie £50 deposit and a further £300 as a pre payment. Total is £350.00 or 426 Euro's

My room is 88 euros per night. x 4 nights = 352 euros.

That leaves 74 euros that goes towards the food and drink fund for the hotel (evening meals & beers etc) it will actually be better than this as Jay needs to pay me for his half of the room, but I have kept it simple as an example :ok:

Remember too that if you are sharing a room and wanted to pay this part in advance, you want to split everything room wise down the middle, you will then just have your own "food & drink chitty" to clear up on the last day.

Once you have asked for the details and have sent the money to Jackie, can you please let me know the details too please? I won't obviously post the details on the forum.

I will be in touch with Jackie once a week until we go and will check what money she has received. This should alleviate any problems before we get there.

If you haven't asked for details yet, please remember that you only have 3 weeks from today (27/04/2012) to send money to ensure it's there before we go.
