Saturday is car wash day, even with a hose pipe ban !

Hose pipe ban is making washing the car a pain in the butt!
But still cant bring myself not to do it,

anyone got any tips on removing tar spots (other than clay bar as this seems to take forever for some of them)

I use poor boys bugs quash on mine, have used the meguilers gold class tar and bug but it was horrible stuff to remove, bug squash seems just strong enough to me (and can be diluted as a pre-wash)

Cheers guys,
I'll order some poorboys next week,

Today clay'd and polished the wheels/arches /bumpers - Compound/polish/wax the bonnet, gave up after that !
The clay then polish seemed to get all the tar off, but oh what a mission between all the spokes!

Like the way your keeping to the gold wheels. They look good on blue Scoobs.

Looking very nice matey :ok:

I use Tardis (Autosmart) for tar/sap removal. By far the best I have used so far.

Thanks Gary,
Its setup with a slight forward rake, dropped all round on Tein type flex coilovers, geometry done by Richard @ FB. think its 15mm or so on the front, and arround 10 or 12 at the rear (I could be wrong on this tho!)
