Jason73 07-06-2012 12:04 PM

car is at everymans at the moment. they are seeing if its repairable.they said that a frame looks ok as i can open all 4 doors still

Granby 07-06-2012 12:17 PM

Blimey not a pretty sight, hopefully it can be repaired and the fact all the doors open ok is a good sign, as said glad you & the passenger were ok

Crowman 07-06-2012 12:30 PM

Thats a fair old mess matey
I have to say, but i really cant se thats repairable, if the inner wings are out of shape it will need going on a jig.
Did you take out track insurance?

Steve_PPP 07-06-2012 12:30 PM

Ouch, did a good job there. Did you have any trackday insurance?

edit/ posted at same time as Martyn. Have to agree with him though, can't see that every being 'economically repairable' if you did have trackday cover.

Crowman 07-06-2012 12:32 PM

Are the wishbones etc all intact, as that will save a fortune in repair costs.

thepieman 07-06-2012 12:50 PM

Gutting:sadnod:

Hopefuly you can salvage something from it, if not get it repaired:ok:

Perhaps another SES handling day is called for:mrgreen:

Gavsti555 07-06-2012 02:07 PM

****e mate I feel for you. You did it well I'll give you that. Hope it all works out in the end

col_2 07-06-2012 02:11 PM

least you was both ok, gutted for you :(

lupuss 07-06-2012 02:22 PM

After seeing the pics, it's amazing you both got out relatively unscathed!
That's the main thing, metal can be repaired/replaced... but gutting none the less!

J.

+1 :agreed:

I`m sure it will all be sorted in the end :ok:

Scooby_Greg 07-06-2012 03:00 PM

Glad you're both ok. The crumple zone seemed to do it's job. Hopefully the car is repairable and you get it sorted soon.

Hongkongfooi 07-06-2012 04:39 PM

Nah.....that'll buff out:polish:

Scott.T 07-06-2012 04:51 PM

Not good, can't see that being reoaired.
Nige's EVO was in a much less sorry state and that went to meet it's maker......

kartingsteve 07-06-2012 08:45 PM

Sorry about your car but I know how easy it is to do

Ginola 07-06-2012 09:34 PM

looks painful to look at.
You can clearly see the crumple zones have done their job,

Jason let me know if you need any insurance advise, (other half is a broker) make sure you retain the salvage.

If I can be of any help let me know I work less than a mile from Everymans.

Dave.
