Its an aftermarket alloy from my mates Supra

They can be welded, I've had one done before. Who to use though is another question.

Personally I wouldn't trust a welded rim I know it can be done but Supras are pretty serious machines, what would happen if it failed?

I would check if there are insurance issues with repaired rims first
