hello need a bit of help
 

Hello every one I've had this horrid knocking noise from the rear of the car for about 3 mouths.

so today I spent about 6 ish hour trying to find it and after taking the back seats out out of the car and getting the wife to drive it, so I could sit in the back and listen for it.but in the end I found it.!!!

it a bush that connect the diff and the cross member to the car.
I have found this.

But I wanted to upgrade them to powerflex both sides and i found
