6 speed gearbox oil choice

Having a read up. ive come up with the choice of two oils.

Motul Gear 300 or Castrol syntax,

Which have you used guys, and can recommend for my Bug Sti?

Gear 300 or Millers crx75W90 NT would be far better than syntrax IMO, both fully syth race type oils - Syntrax is a more basic semi-synth oil and can be nearly as expensive

Update
Fitted the new oil and big improvement. really like the feel of it now, the old oil wasn't in bad condition and sod all swarf on the drain magnets.

Opie oils was a great service, easy to deal with and next day here,

now rear diff and coolant to sort out.
