what part is the down pipe and what's the sensor called that usually plugs in to the pipe?

All of it is the down pipe, but I guess to be really specific you could say the left hand part.

The sensor is a lambda sensor for telling the ecu the air/fuel ratio. Or if 2 sensors then front I'd air/fuel ratio and after cat 2nd one is for diagnostics to see if cats are working ok.

Not sure if subarus have the 2nd one though.

On classics, that's normally just one pipe, Newages, that's the first and and second cat, except that's a sports cat, and a de-cated second pipe.

Prodrive sports cat and should have a secondary Lambda in the link pipe plugged hole.........

And if that's going on a Classic ?. Then you will need a newage centre section to go with it or it won't fit on a classic.

riiidaa 18-01-2014 04:06 PM

going on a newage

asperformance 18-01-2014 05:48 PM

straight fit then as long as its not a JDM STi or a twin scroll car........
