clutch issue "????"
 

strange issues people is my clutch on way out ,earlier today in 4th and 5th gear felt as though clutch was slipping as the revs rised above rate of acceleration,i did stationary clutch test pulling of in 2nd n 3rd and stalled as it should,and also done the steady drive in 3rd n drop to 2nd test all fine there ,so confused as just been out again with no issues ,could this be related to my blow in my up -pipe which is being replaced soon

Hi mate does it slip when boost kicks in or when accelerating hard? I would say it was a clutch issue mate, mine was slipping so I'm in the process of changing mine (if the ****ty weather would sort it out) mine was slipping when boost kicks in at first then started slipping whenever I put my foot down.

So would I, that's how they seem to start going, when the boost kicks in as the powers delivered the clutch can't handle it.

Lol I sure will dom mate, it's been pretty easy to be honest, the only pis* take is the weather! Apart from the heat shield I haven't had one bolt that's been rusted mate. It suprised me to be honest, I reckon it would've taken me about 6 hrs from start to finish if the weather was better.
