Scooby-less-Stu :-(

So, I sold my Subaru yesterday and it hurts! Absolutely gutted and not something I really thought I'd have to do but...... I hope to get another or similar one day, hopefully in the not too distant future but we'll see. Small matter of buying a house and getting used to having my pants pulled down by the bank each month first.

I still fully intend on being an active member of this great club and community, my enthusiasm for cars remains and I'll still try and participate in as many events and meets as possible. Pretty sure you won't want pics of my c5 diesel estate in the group photos though. As if losing my Scoob wasn't bad enough, the thought of that thing being all I drive for the next year or so is nothing less than depressing!!

You need to take a leaf out of this guy's book...

Seriously though, I'm sure you'll enjoy the next one all the more for having had a break. :ok:

Hahaha, brilliant! If it was a house for me, I'd be doing something similar!

I hope so. I won't miss visiting a shell garage every few weeks I know that!

Crikey Stu shame it had to go but at least you will have something to look forward to if you ever return to the scooby fold?

Good luck with the house :ok:

I feel your pain mate. I sold the hawk to fund various other things and more recently the blob to help fund an extension. To this day I wish I hadn't sold the hawk, that's the one I miss, but hey ho, one day I may do a 'Scott' and go find it!!! Either that or it'll be an RB320.

It is nice not have the running costs and continual need for mods and cleaning but I do miss walking out in the morning and jumping in it. They definitely have something about them.

And for old times sake......:sad:

Loved your Hawk, one of the best i've seen. Still, like you, i hope to 'come back' at some point. The house is a new build so hopefully won't need to sell anything for work on it at least!!
