Is this new IACV from worldcarparts duff? (with photo)
 

Got this replacement IACV for my Classic Turbo 2000. I've had the original off and it doesn't come apart like this. I can insert the valve all the way in to the solenoid but it just springs back out. I've installed it in the car and turned the ignition on for ten seconds and off again 3 times but it hasn't grabbed and still comes apart.

Is it duff?
