Grabbed my Union Jack and took the train to Paris today to welcome Froome. Tad wet. but great day. Saw Wiggens in Paris when he won, equally great day. Lots of English people to welcome Froome, lots of French also. Quick thought, I think anybody who spits at anyone should crucified.

I think it's disgraceful. As for the guy who threw a cup of piss, he needs a public flogging first!
