Great UK Driving Road
Well after sampling the Evo Triangle and the B4381 in North Wales last year. I thought we should start to compile a thread of Great UK driving roads.
With the help of Google maps https://www.google.co.uk/maps people can plot their routes and even drop in a few streetview images to help entice us/you to give it a go. For me this year is the turn of The Lakes. Already have my evening drive out 'for some milk' planned : https://www.google.co.uk/maps/dir/Tr...d54.415493!3e0 I'll try not to cook my brakes (Escort Series 1 Turbo) on 'The Struggle' part of the Kirkstone Pass or ground my sump (Sierra XR4x4) on the jump, like I did some years ago (1994-1997). |
A fine choice.
