MY11 STI noise on cold start up

Good morning all,

Any budding mechanics out there identify a possible cause for the noise on cold start up on my STI it's like a chugging noise and engine whines on acceleration, noise disappears after car is warmed up? Just had a new alternator belt fitted to see if it made a difference but didn't ? Any suggestions welcome

A exhaust blow will get worse once hot
