Got one in mine, they are dry filters so don't upset the MAF at all like some can find with the likes of an oiled filter such as K&N.

The air box as standard is fine for power up to 350bhp with just a change to a good panel filter, a Cosworth one is good and they fit nicely too (the K&N I used to have was a bit of a squeeze).

All good then, just popped it in and fits very nicely. It's has a lot less ribs in it than the red one I took out. I presume this will alow more air to go in. I think I need it mapped as just need some more power.....

Just fitted one of these into my STI, so far so good not sure a remap is necessary though?

Not for just a panel filter. If you changed the whole induction system I'd say yes.

Got one in mine, too. Replaced the oily K&N filters I had previous, MAF needed a clean after those!

So panel filter AND exhaust (catback as has the prodrive sports cat / ppp) still OK?

If you've not removed a cat, that should be fine as a general rule.

The Cosworth filters are decent in my opinion. Had them on my FSTi for ages now and seem to do the job. :ok:
