I can believe that too, I heard few stories about classics arriving lashed up.
I also heard this with another tuner who does the vxr stuff the stories of people turning up with loads of bolt on but the car not been serviced for past 5 years lol

it happens in all aspects but AndyF not having any mechanical facilities as such means its a major issue for him...........

i guess he could start charging a non-refundable fee up front but that would probably just cause issues also so its a hard one
