4pot Porsche brakes
 

Alright guys I’ve got standard 4pots on the scooby and in the garage I have a 4 pot Porsche brake set up I was going to put on my golf but couldn’t be assed would it be worth fitting them or would it not be much different to what’s on there considering the Porsche are brembo monoblock

without knowing the technical setup - I would say unless they offer a greater stopping surface area of pad to disc, then there wouldn't be much difference.

At the end of the day, its the amount of pots pushing the amount of pad onto the disc that makes the difference IMO. So more pots pushing, or greater surface area of pad onto disc is what will make the diff.

Yeah I would say it would be pointless then , I was either going to sell the kit or see if they were better cheers again ryan ��

Easier to sell them for the right vehicle and find something else if you want to upgrade brakes on the scoob. You'd probably need adapter brackets etc to fit them and it would be a load of hassle....

Nothings to much hassle I would have just machined some adapters lol but yeah I be better off selling the kit lol
