UK motorway driving safety announcement
 

Listening to UK radio I heard,following on from the ridiculous keep left motorway advice, the latest campaign advises if you see a red cross on the gantry above a lane that means don't enter that lane. Has ever one in the UK gone senile. Surely a small child would understand that. What do all these ads cost and who promotes them.

You would be surprised at the amount of people who ignore it

Probably would,although French drivers haven't a clue how a roundabout works lane discipline on the motorways is impeccable. Unlike in England were the outside lane is an haven't for people who like to drive at 65 mph,even when all other lanes are empty . Rant over.

lane discipline is shoite in general / always quite liked the polite headlight flash on the continent that people actually acknowledge in allowing faster traffic to go by as opposed to over here where the 'sheep' tend to think it means drive slower..........
