Lighting Sealant

Hoping to fit my new back lights, but have been told I need a sealant that doesn't set.Any idea what it's called?

Halfords sell the black rear light mastic that you want mate.

If they have ran out use Marmite :)

PS Don't use Bovril, its too runny!

Dum Dum :yeah:

Not an insult, it's the best stuff for sealing lights

Black sticky stuff that doesn't set. It's what i've got on mine

I used Unibond Multi Purpose Black sealing flexi sealant from DIY store, but not the roofing stuff that has tar in it.
The stuff in halfords only comes in a small tubes.
You need plenty of it so a full size mastick gun is a better option, although you won't use all of it. I uses about 2/3rd's on both light clusters.
