Re: Still not happy

Junk the sports cat and go full decat.
I felt the restriction of a sports cat when I was running 300BHP, so you will defo get a benefit running the 20G.
May also need to consider a full 3" system rather then the 2.5".
The revolution 3" is supposed to be quite good and not too loud.

Then of course, speak to CJ and get him to cut your bumper about and fit a FMIC (he's done a few now).

£540 for Revo Downpipe and System (3") http://www.revolution247.com/erol.html#69461X0

£185 for TSL Decat Downpipe (fits to std 2.5inch system) : http://www.tsl-motorsport.co.uk/newsite ... &detail=38

I don't think you have as most UK supplied systems are 2.5" in order to swap and change between OE and to get the cat back in/out.

The system will be 2.5" with a 4" tailpipe
The downpipe is 3" on the down sweep but it narrows to 2.5" at the flange in the last 6 inches or so where it meets the centre section.

I think your 333 upgrade pre-dates the pulse extraction system they now supply.
Even now this is an option :

-Thudercat downpipe, decat centre section, Group N backbox
or
-Pulse extraction exhaust system (+£352)

You should be able to tell bu how straight the centre section is.

3" Pulse Extraction :

Have you fitted a boost gauge yet, to make sure boost is still as we set it.
