1993 wrx brakes but got 97 sti red top engine and the brakes are awfull

If you've got the standard 2-Pots then I'd agree they are a 'bit average'... A set of 4-Pots from a '99 onwards car with some decent discs and pads are a good upgrade.

You could go one stage further and add a Godspeed Big Brake conversion to the 4-Pots. If you won't to go further than that then you are looking at K-Sports/Brembos/APs depending on how deep your pockets are! :)

The Godspeeds make use of the Subaru 4-Pots.

I think most, if not all 17s will fit over the 330mm K-Sports :)

Would they fit behind a version3 16inch wheel?

As far as i know needs to be 17" for them to fit.If i had not just had mine rebuilt i would have them.
