Bloody Clutch

Help! Had a new clutch fitted about 6 months ago, exedy pink box stage 1 with lightened flywheel. It juddered at the start but bedded in nicely bite point has always been right at the top 2 to 3" max. Now it slips like a *******! Any ideas?

I'm pretty certian that the clutch must be fried, the bite point is so high if I even brush the pedal with my foot it slips!
