on board camara/video

hi guys im doing a trackday end of may and need an on board camara/video, do you know which gives you the best picture,
how much, where from?

I have the ARP High Res package, very happy with it, also got the longer leads to mount the cam in the rear aswell as the Pro Suction mount (which i would strongly advise for track days).
