cheers Steve.

i tried using the european maps in TomTom for the first time last night, found it surprisingly easy to locate places with their silly foreign addresses!

worzel 19-05-2010 12:22 PM

No problems

The Tom Tom is really good. And when you use the GPS Co-ordinates it's even easier

Crowman 19-05-2010 12:25 PM

Steve, pop the log and lat in the tom tom thats what we did last year.
Did you upload the shell garages also?
My furkin tom tom has gone missing since my car has been recovered by insurance company.

Steve_PPP 19-05-2010 12:28 PM

i haven't got the european POI file for shell garages yet. Will have a look later on the shell website. Is it a file per country, or one file for Europe?

worzel 19-05-2010 12:29 PM

You can get it from the Tom Tom website too I believe?

Lucky 19-05-2010 12:30 PM

Whats this with the wigs ?

worzel 19-05-2010 08:42 PM

Not sure how many (if any) have got them or not.

We were going to get curly wigs and a tash. In the same way as the "scousers" from Harry Enfield. Just as a bit of a fancy dress grin type thing.

Has anyone got this yet?

'Fraid not and it won't be delivered in time before i go now. Half of the comedy would be doing the journey with the wigs, but i'm gonna miss that bit anyway!

Steve_PPP 21-05-2010 10:14 AM

Steve - did you ever find out what time we can check in from?

worzel 21-05-2010 10:53 AM

I did. From 3pm.

Crowman 21-05-2010 11:32 AM

Wigs and tash for drive down and customs is a must, come on, what a crack last year.
Keith has got a few packs of tash's, i brought a dozen last year from tunbridge wells.

worzel 21-05-2010 12:26 PM

At least a tash for sure

Crowman 21-05-2010 12:41 PM

I could have grown one the time ive been sat in doors:yeah:

worzel 21-05-2010 12:54 PM

That would have been so cool.

That has to be done for next year

I may even go for a bit of a handle bar type. In the same vane as Sir Hugh Compostable Punnet

Crowman 21-05-2010 01:12 PM
