Wobbly camera mount makes it worse than it is :D

Although it was hard to spot the lines on the snakey section at the far end of the circuit, its so open there are no reference points and all cones look the same!!

Well done mate

Well done
I undestand your tyre managed 450 miles lol
Mind you it was concrete track which will be unkind to the tyres !

Justin 25-05-2010 02:19 PM

They managed 250 miles of the road to scrub them in and 10 sprints of the course!!

Front right delaminated in the final, when i took it off to put my road ones back on it was a right mess! Other 3 totally knackered. expensive lesson - don't use what the hilclimbers recommend on a scorching day on concrete!!

Justin 25-05-2010 02:20 PM

BTW Thanks for all the nice comments lads :)

Don't follow me as I'm only following someone else or at least just trying to get round. As i said before i really cant remember the important parts of the Ring & thats when you fall off. Niel hit the nail on the head last year when he was viewing my lap. Nige your to fast in the slow bit's & to bloody slow in the fast bit's. That sums it up really. Me a secret squirrel it's a good job your car didn't go on the ramp's Geo day for all to see
+ a little Dickie-bird well [dear killer] tells me your running more power than you first let on. With all that in mind Mr dark horse you should go very well. So should all you 2.5 litre Scoobs just dont pick on my 2.0 litre Mitsi to much please :drive:

Nige, what you said there is what really sums up the difference between someone who knows the track and someone who doesn't. Too slow in the fast bits, too fast in the slow bit's, too erratic and early on the break, often on the breaks when they shouldn't be at all. I have said it several times matey, no fast stuff for me out on the ring. I don't have the experience of the ring or the talent to put in quick ones.

Secret squirrel..... Little old me? How could you say such a thing?
