fitting v4 sti heads to a v2 sti cdb.

as title do they fit straight on and will my v2 coilpacks and inlet manifold still fit onto them? i am in two minds about doing this as i have read that the v4 sti heads have a better flow rate and more aggressive cam profiles?? is it worth it! has anyone done this?
