Bloody wind and rain has somehow got into the house on our lower roof.....and it was replaced just over a year ago!

Anyone on here local to eastbourne whose reliable etc?

Get who ever did the roof back. :nod:


Pressumably its a felt roof ? If it is it should be covered for at least 10/15 years.

Have you lost any tiles/slates above the lower roof ?

Is there a chinmey close?

its a slate roof....can't see where its coming in...although next doors bit of the roof has a broken tile on it....maybe leaking across, don't know.
