The Scoop Is Gone!
Well, got round to it at last. The scoop is gone to be replaced with the Vented Grill From RCM.

Looking good.
Definately time to get the lights de tangoed. ps. Did you get the oil cooler fitted |
Cheers all :ok:
Lee, I have thought about blacking the FMIC  I am getting new upper and lower grills and will see what it looks like with them on first though. Ian, Oil cooler is next on the list, will probably be early next year now though. I need to reign it in a bit  |
Ah mate, that looks the absolute nuts. That car is a credit to you, and that just finishes it nicely. I didnt realise that it would look that good, I think you may need a copyright on it!!!
|
Cheers Steve :ok:
I reckon theres another Silver STi owned by a certain Insurance Guru, that would look Veeeerrrrry nice with one too! |

i am gonna against the grain, personally i dont like it, its one of the better reverse scoops i have seen, but i dont like them, i much prefer the normal scoop.
HOWEVER, the rest of the car is stunning mate, very nicely done! |
I like it steve! I've come very close to putting one on my car one more than one occasion! your car is coming along very nicely, sir!
|
Cheers Spooks :ok:
Mikey, no bother mate, it's a real marmite part, I have had it for weeks and kept looking and thinking... Should I?????? Thats what makes modding cars so personal, whats right for one, doesn't have to right for all. And you should never have to say you like something, just because others do  |

Very nice mate, looks abit more stealthy as lee said a black FMIC would look rather tasty
|
Looks excellent in the flesh.
The "426" looks special all round. Shame about that flat bit on the front bumper!! |
front subaru badge would look better in black imho steve....and obviously the detango:tumbleweed:
|
looks the biz steve :ok:
think it needs the FMI left silver and the grill painted silver imho other than that what a great looking car :ok: |
Love that !!
|
If you paint the fm black. Be ready with the spray can every week as they chip like hell. :drive:
|
Cheers guys :ok:
I am going to keep the FMIC Silver I think. I have grills to go over yet. I agree about the Pink Badge, but with the new grills going on, I may just leave it all black. |
Please dont put those gash silver grills on Steve... They look terrible imo
