Handbrake Problem

About 5mths ago I had a rear brembo package (brembos, STi315 discs and large shoe handbrake kit) fitted to my WRX.Now about every 300mls the handbrake needs adjusting.Just wondered if anyone else had this problem and how to fix it.Thanks.

once adjusted corrctly , it shouldnt need adjusting that offten as they hardly wear.

Mine Does the same, only in the winter tho, think they freeze up then they move on the adjusters when you pull away.

Brent at SMD fitted this.He reckons that the shape of the shoe pads don't fit exactly to the shape of the drums,thus need for constant adjustment.Thinking of taking them of and trying to sand down.What do you think?
