Yeah the spoiler always divides opinion, it's off the car at the minute as the carbon centre section is being re-laquered at Sumo, thanks for the opinion tho always like to hear what people think..... More please!

Bull 22-01-2011 12:17 PM

i also like..as you say not to some folks tastes...but be different from some folks...dont be a borg.

scooby doo 24-01-2011 12:28 PM

Just realised you live in bexhill bud I've never seen this motor around looks very clean

worzel 24-01-2011 12:46 PM

Looking very nice mate. Good job :ok:

Another one not overkeen on the GT Wing on a personal level, but thats all about choices and what floats your boat. As said by Bull, don't be a borg and just follow what the "herd" does. Good on ya :yeah:

Anger 24-01-2011 01:21 PM

If the scoob was plain, i'd agree about the wing.... But i think it suits the car on this one

Scott.T 24-01-2011 01:25 PM

Looking good, are those Piccies along Cooden Beach and Galley Hill ??

worzel 24-01-2011 01:38 PM

Yeh.....Kinda in between Cooden Beach Hotel and Normans Bay.

How do you know that kneck of the woods, did you hamg out with the pikies...

Whiteone 24-01-2011 02:30 PM

Thanks for all the comments fellas, yes the pictures were taken on galley hill

and on Normans bay road just along from the Cooden beach hotel. I live just

up the road from the Cooden beach hotel. Car is very much a toy really so it's

not used all that much hence those of you that are local not seeing it around I

suppose. Really need to sort the ride out as it's just so bloody hard, I am

booking it in at Sumo to see what they suggest as it is taking away the

enjoyment of the rest of the car at the moment.

I had those lovely rims on my wagon in 18's, but wished id gone for 17's though!! don't curb them the lacquers a pig when it starts chipping.
Many a time i had to rub the edge of the rim down with some wet and dry and a quick mask up and a dust of halfords gloss black to rectify the wife's parking.:wife:

I have had the car over a year now and managed to avoid any curb rash. Helps that my wife doesn't drive it though!! Was thinking about putting it up for sale actually as my impending redundancy looms ever closer.:-(

midlife2 10-04-2011 01:33 PM

See you have changed your mind once again lol. Any news on the redundo front?

majorscooby 10-04-2011 01:35 PM

Thats grim mate, hope it dosent come to that!! I had to sell my 05 plate wagon due to moving under the wifes instruction and now have a little boy.
Would love to get back in the scene and meets but i just cant seem to raise the cash for even a resonable classic. hey ho, keep smiling!

You know me Hugh always changing my mind with cars. No more news really mate but if I sell car soon I won't have to worry about doing it in desperation if it comes to it. Oh and I would be in a better position to get something else once I secure another job.:norty:

midlife2 10-04-2011 01:43 PM

I could always put a good word in for you

That would be appreciated mate, a good word is always worth a try.

worzel 11-04-2011 09:40 AM

It would be a gutting if you had to sell this wonderful car mate. :sadnod:

It would be gutting mate but after thinking things through a bit I would rather sell it at my leisure than have to let it go cheap because I was desperate for the money( hopefully won't be out of work that long).
Plus I am quite fickle with cars anyway so I would probably put the money towards an Audi RS6 if things work in my favour.:ok:
