JAPBASH 2011 Lazy Sunday - 4th Sept
 

Hi Guy's,

Believe it or not this will be our 6th year !!!!!!

The event will once again be held at Bentley Wildfowl & Motor Museum in East Susex on Sunday 4th September http://www.bentley.org.uk/

The Day has switched to a Sunday, as many people work on a Saturday so cannot attend (oh! and the venue have a pre-booked wedding on the Saturday).

I hope some/many of you can attend this year and over time more details will be posted.

If you want a dedicated parking area please maintain a list of attendee's and I will pop back from time to time to keep an eye on numbers.

Cheers for the offer Nick. We're still working on who'll be doing what and when etc etc but we'll be in touch if we need some extra hands - much appreciated :ok:

No camping this year then??

Presumably no Saturdays available?

Unsure at the moment, obviously camping the Sunday night will mean people having the Monday off work, so we're guessing less people than last year will be up for that.

We'll confirm more once we know whats going on and we've spoken to Bentley a bit more. Its early days yet :)

Obviously as I have already stated I will be available if I can help in any way.

A wedding was booked for our usual Saturday, so we had to go for the Sunday.
The week before is the Bank Holiday so that was discounted as many have other plans for the long weekend.

An alternative Camping event is currently being discussed.

If we still have the scoob we should be there, not sure what stand though.

So does that mean we could all camp on the saturday somewhere else? then head to the event on the sunday morning?

Was just wondering can i bring my Puppy with me? as he'll only be 7 months old then,and dont really want to leave him on his own at home all day :nono:

Unfortunately Bentley have always had a no dogs policy (expect this won't have changed). Its due to it being a wildfowl centre, they don't want dogs scaring the wildlife.

OP updated as have now 'Spammed' all the other car clubs.
