tyre width on a blobeye wrx
 

im currently running 225/40/18,s
can i run 245/ 40/18,s
as selling the car and been offered a slightly worn set cheap,
to replace my very worn toyo,s on the car at the moment
i know it wil run the speedo out slightly but any other reason?
the cars a wrx on sti shocks and prodrive lower springs.

245- are to wide & will catch :drive:

No probs. I tried 235's on the Scoob with no luck. The later blob like Angers is ok as they changed just before the Hawkeye came out to a wider track. :drive:

I thought 235 were the 'max' you could get away with! obviously not so:nono: So take Nige's advice, as he's already tried:nod:
