tough decision help!!
 

Hi guys need some help can't make my mind up what impreza to buy its between a brand new hawkeye spec c or a brand new hatch spec c, I would to get myself a small loan to buy the hatch, what would yo do ?

50/50 so far you are not really helping much lol , I've already had 2005 blob spec c which is more or less the same as the hawk underneath, just wondering whether the hatch is worth extra :confused:

Personally, I prefer the Hawkeye on appearances. Also, The Hawkeye Spec C does have a bit more ooooomph to start with.

Both are stunning bits of kit, it really comes down to which one you prefer the look of IMHO. You would'nt want to walk out of your front door one morning and think .... I wish I had got the other one!

If anything the hawkeye is a more watered down version... A hawk has to be a RA-R or S204

Hawk RA R would be stunning, especially in the orange. Crowman has been on the lookout for one for ages, they come up only very rarely for import. S204 seems a bit easier to get your hands on.

Angers comment raises a question, would you want UK? Or would you consider importing?

If your going import, then it has to be Hatch R205

Hatch Spec C, I've got the MY11 Sti Spec R and it's an awsome piece of kit. Love it.

Don't think I would be happy with a UK really as I have already had a 2005 spec c wr limited, don't think a uk would quite match up, don't know though as I have never driver a uk version

I'm in two minds.

I hated the hatch when it came out (especially the WRX, god that looked like a 1.6!) but its grown on me. The STI sits nicely with a few choice mods.

Maybe times are changing ;)

Already had an evo 8 mr, found it delivered it's power quite high in the rev range reminded me of my civic type r, thought there was something not quite right with it but apparently not

Think I might get the hawkeye, keep some money in pocket for an lm400

What the Evo is twin scroll so delivers power low down + all the way through the rev range. Mmmmmmmm strange.
Anyway get the Hawkeye stay well away from that ugly mo fo! :drive:
