jesus :o

thats a lot of snap-on kit!! does seem strange to just bung it on ebay, would get more buy splitting it up into proper sets.

Is it really worth that money £25,000 and 68 bids would suggest so.....

Red Baron 02-06-2011 10:33 PM

Seeing as my breaker bar was £90, the ratchet screw driver and bits were £175 and the 1/4" ratchet was around the £50 mark it would cost a lot more than the current 25k bid to buy it new.
What's gutting is that my stuff was probably sold by some scrote in a pub for next to nothing.

Strange tool collection to be selling, almost all of it not used, collected over a couple of years but bought as part of a workshop job lot, and why would you need so many adjustables?

No doubt its stolen theres no way you could possible want or ever need that amount if tools, i had my snapon tools stolen last yea and that set took me 10 years too build up at a cost of 18k luckily for me the insurance payed out but but still a ****ing nightmare

majorscooby 03-06-2011 09:54 PM

Its over £26,200 now. Just read question three below the ad and he states that alot of the tools used to belong to Colin Mcrae's mechanic
