Nearest rolling road - Ashford, Kent

Would really like to know what bhp my car is running, does anyone know where I can get it tested on a rolling road in Kent, ideally as near to Ashford as possible

Cheers Jupp, will try them tomorrow, got a new maf sensor fitted and changed the powertec induction kit back to standard air intake system with pro r filter today, it feels better!

Juppy 19-07-2012 08:17 PM

no worries, thats good then, how much was your new maf sensor? did you get a denso one in the end?

Got a denso on ebay for £40, second hand but never been fitted, I think the standard air intakes better than induction to, can hear turbo just as much and dump valve possibly even more, getting the right air flow certainly helps, have you got on the banbury reserve list? If not you can always ride up with me

Finally got some dyno runs today at Sanspeed in Bexleyheath for £70, results were 271bhp and torque at 274, figures as I hoped, turbo boost was 1.2 bar and was told it's running well just slightly rich

Mmm perhaps I'll give them a try, there is always cars parked up down the side, scoobys, evo's and old skool fords. Good shout.

They should know about scoobies, Graham has one of the first UK scoobs in the country, I used to droll over it walking past on the way to work. Lived 5 doors down from them for years, so know them fairly well.
