Sunday October 28 sees a return to Mercedes-Benz World at Brooklands where 600 PH cars will line up on our usual position on the ‘Dynamic Straight’.

The usual Sunday Service mix of hot breakfasts, PHers' cars and lots of things to see from the host manufacturer will be on offer with the added benefit of AMG passenger rides for Sunday Service folk at just £10, These will be bookable on the day on a first come, first served basis.


Never been to a Sunday Service before? It’s an easy-going format of arrive, park (no heroics please) and admire other PHers' cars. When you’re ready, breakfast will be available inside the Mercedes-Benz World building. Gates open at 09.00 and we’ll close the Sunday Service element at 13.00, but as the centre is open all day you can stay for as long as you like.
As usual you will need to ensure you add your name to the calendar to ensure entry on the day.

Those with a number between 1-600 next to their name will be on our list and will be waved through to park. If you are outside ‘the 600’ you will be added to the reserve list, but as people drop out your name will automatically move up the list.

Sunday Service lists change dramatically as the event draws closer so please keep checking right up to the eve of the event as you may find you have gained a space. If you sign up and later find you can no longer attend, please do the decent thing and remove yourself from the list enabling another PHer to take your place on the day.

Thanks to Mercedes-Benz for allowing us to return once again.
600 spaces and they tend to all go pretty fast so thought I should post it up. I'll be going, not sure whether it will be the scoob or the elise (weather permitting) but should be another great show at MBW.

Thanks for posting this Andy :doubleup: I've moved it to 'Other Events' as its not an SES run event, but stickied it too. Last year we had quite a few people for this.

I've added myself to the list :)

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about going, get yourself on the Pistonheads list as its filling up fast. 600 allowed and 150 have been added in the last few hours....

Anyone else get in before it filled up? If not, try the reserve list anyway, a lot of people usually drop out in the final few days beforehand :)

Last time we all met up at Cobham Sainsburys before convoying over, expect we might do the same again as its only a few miles away.

Hi Rich,

If you're not already on the PH list, you might not get in now (unless a load of people drop out). Its already full with a long reserve list.... but worth a try if you want to come along.

Does anyone know how strict they are with people arriving who aren't on the list? I know they check names on the entrance, but don't know what they do if you aren't on there - base it on time of day and amount of space?

I asked this question on the PH forum for a prior event and if it's full and you're not on the list you will be turned away. Nothing to stop you parking at Brookland and walking over though...

Not to worry fella, I asked the wife and were already out Sunday for my farther in laws birthday. I got a right naggin " I told you weeks ago we was going out , nag nag nag " lol

Someone at work has just reminded me that the clocks go back on Saturday night/Sunday morning, so keep that in mind when you start planning meeting times or someone might end up sat in a carpark on their own for an hour!:tumbleweed:

There is a sainsburys car park just round the corner from the site where we normally meet scotty, I'm guessing 830 onwards

Yeah, they sent an email out to everyone on Tuesday as a reminder to remove entries if people can't make it anymore. I'd say Juppy will be in easily with a couple of days still to go.

Pease Pottage for 8am.
Cobham Sainsburys for about 8:40am.
Then head over to MBW.
