I've got lots of white spots on the front of my wagon and it looks awful when its been cleaned. Not sure what it is. Any ideas how to get rid

Tiny stone chips, got them on mine. One of the reasons why I wrapped the bonnet. On the bumper I use a coloured polish, then seal it. Does the trick. :D
