Society feel that the vast sums of money invested in F1 should now start to reflect on the planets fossil fuel situation.

They were going to be 4 cylinder until Ferrari kicked up that small engines will not relate to Ferrari road cars so they changed the rules to a V6.


Not sure on the exact details but I believe the engines should be something within 80% of the 2011 power figures but use 30% less fuel. This is going to be increased to 50% less fuel by the year 2015.


F1's best days have been and gone.
We will never see the likes of the mid 80's to early 90's beasts again.

I remember when Gerhard Bergers Benetton was running at 1500 Bhp in qualifying trim
