I'm from Slovakia and there are very nice winters with lots of snow and there driving with all weather tyres is just suicide and your insurance will be void...
Just have look on test tyres in snow and brake distance with all weather and snow tyres,you will see snow tyres is worth to buy or acceleration on snow/ice with all weather is struggle,yes with low throttle is possible,but with winter tyres its much better drive...
