Its exactly that, each to their own. I like rallycross but last time i went in the scoob, it cost me over £100 for the day for me and Claire (including fuel).
In the diesel, i can do a day in Wales to watch the rallying for half that believe it or not

(about 50 quid of fuel, no ticket costs). Yet a lot of people aren't interested in rallying either.
Swings and roundabouts. Lydden doesn't have a massive amount of facilities compared to say, Brands - the DTM is there this weekend and I expect tickets for that could be had for about 20 quid too..... both are a days racing, just different types
