No worries matey. I've read from some that they actually start a bit slippy for the first hundred miles or so until the moulding agent is all gone, but then they get even better (although I didn't notice the difference, they seemed good from the start).

And I wouldn't worry about the mileage, as I said in my last post - mine have done a fair amount and i haven't been soft on them!
