I think....... they are Sti 8 (2.0) Single AVCS heads (UK spec)

Definately AVCS and only inlet side but they were supplied as part of my build.

C.J - I guess it would be worth looking at new uprated valves and springs/retainers when the heads are rebuilt/ported - any suggestions? Pretty certian I won't be able to afford new cams and only plan to stay around the mid to high 400's (well until I get the block pinned )

Aren't these dual AVCS? If so will my Syvecs run them? Also I guess they'd need opening up to match the bores on my 2.5 plus I read something about getting the combustion chambers sized to suit the 2.5 or is that the same thing?
