Top guy locally would be JGM, then there are other good names but more of a trek such as, Zen Performance, Bob Rawle, Andy Forest, Engine Mapper (Graham), Martyn J @ Enginetuner, Powerstation (not sure who does theirs now).
Two main choices which are open source - lot's of good reviews and cheap (£300 or so) or ECUTEK - well know well tested but more expensive for the first map as you have to pay a license fee (£550 or so first map, £200 ish for each remap depending on time taken).
With a de-cat you should be looking at around 270+BHP
