As said really, heat gun/hair dryer and use a plastic blade (helps keep heat on whilst removing without burning fingers
)to lift the sticker, ease them off, don't rush, let the heat do its thing.......
Use any of the above to remove residue, or even some IPA to wipe and clean surface, clay bar also works well (plenty of lube) and will help with any ghosting that may be left
