Very interesting and its something i shall look at for sure.

I will say that one thing i did notice today when i was reversing off the drive was that when i braked sharply i got a little clonk from the front pads hitting the disc's as you would expect due to them having a slight bit of movement and them finding there new seat position in the carriers, but i did this sharp tap on the brakes several times and got the same noise each time i did it.
weird i thought as you normally get the small clonk noise once each way then the pads settle??

Thanks for the thoughts guys really appreciate it and ill post up my findings during early next week. Work tomorrow
