Actually there aren't that many Scoobies in Germany, Jimbo, and, most of all, unfortunately not many turbo ones. For most people here it's a car used for towing or for safe driving in winter, nothing more.
The car has never been as iconic here as it has been in the UK. When you see one turbo Impreza here within a month you are very lucky. When driving through the UK you see between 10 and 20 every day. I just love these cars!!! There are such great examples out there.
There is just one single Subaru Club in Germany and for owners of turbo cars only. I could never afford to buy one, so I never tried to become a member there. I just have a normal 125 bhp bugeye.
