The road out the front of me is ideal (un-adopted track) and getting through 3 batteries in 20 mins gets a bit tedious with an electric car, so have often thought about fueled versions.

prices would start from £500 i think and are just as noisey as nitro but last alot longer on a tank of fuel
Or could always get a very good lipo or 2
and brushless system if you want quite and speed
