I would expect they know it's a long weekend on the Ring so "La Rozzers" will be out in numbers. Once you hit the derestricted Autobahns you can go as nuts as you like. But it's just too risky to go silly beforehand.

Steve, I just thought I tell you this although the last thing I want to is to spoil you guys' fun. But when you are
innocently involved in an accident on a derestricted Autobahn and were doing more than 130 km/h you are automatically be found (at least) partly guilty. The so called recommended speed is 130 km/h at a derestricted section and if you do more than you have to be aware that you will get (partly) blamed for an accident if - for instance - some idiot pulled out in front of you much to closely and you couldn't brake early enough.
Don't get me wrong, I also love the derestricted sections, I only wanted to make sure you guys are aware of what can happen (hopefully not). But maybe you know this anyway.
