Epic fail. Pause the video at 0:25 and it looks like he comes
very close to hitting ground crew as well (look by the horizontal stabilizer). Looks like the blades are in relatively flat pitch until the very last moment, misjudged altitude due to the snow perhaps?
Irrespective I guess he is flying transport aircraft from Monday!
