We all know why it's being done but some things make very little sense! Like all of utilities companies, our rail infrastructure and the roads, we sadly lack behind the rest of europe, we are a joke, we expect victorian infrastructure to power and cater for a 21st century society! If we had invested the money spent on the olympics on getting this shed of a country sorted out, we might just about live a better quality of life!
