After a call with BigE this morning, I thought it would be worth posting up the following.

In my case, based on recent rates. I have paid Jackie £50 deposit and a further £300 as a pre payment. Total is £350.00 or 426 Euro's

My room is 88 euros per night. x 4 nights = 352 euros.

That leaves 74 euros that goes towards the food and drink fund for the hotel (evening meals & beers etc) it will actually be better than this as Jay needs to pay me for his half of the room, but I have kept it simple as an example

Remember too that if you are sharing a room and wanted to pay this part in advance, you want to split everything room wise down the middle, you will then just have your own "food & drink chitty" to clear up on the last day.
